I’m Tom, a wedding photographer. My approach is rooted in documentary photography, curiosity about people and a fascination with the little things that make every wedding different. I prefer observing to directing, allowing moments to unfold naturally rather than turning a wedding day into a carefully choreographed photoshoot. The unexpected expressions, spontaneous laughter, quiet interactions and occasional wonderfully chaotic situations are often what interest me most.

My background in cultural anthropology has shaped the way I look at people, relationships and celebrations. Weddings are particularly fascinating because they bring together personal stories, family traditions, emotions and sometimes very different cultures – all within a single day.

I’m based in Cardiff and photograph weddings across Wales, throughout the UK and further afield. Whether it’s a small, intimate ceremony or a large celebration, my approach remains much the same: stay curious, pay attention and photograph what’s actually happening.
